Marketing that starts with the store, not the ad account
Most Shopify marketing fails for an unglamorous reason: the store cannot convert the traffic it is already buying. Before scaling spend, I make sure the fundamentals hold up — the landing page matches the ad promise, the product page answers objections, the checkout does not leak, and tracking actually reports what happened.
Once that foundation is solid, paid traffic gets dramatically cheaper per sale, because you are no longer paying to send visitors to a page that loses them.
